What is Teladoc?

Teladoc connects you 24/7/365 to a national network of board-certified doctors who average 15 years’ experience. Within minutes, a doctor will call you back ready to listen and resolve your issue. If medically necessary, a prescription will be sent to your pharmacy of choice. Teladoc does not replace your primary care physician. It is a convenient and affordable option for quality care. A low fee of $15 applies to each physician consultation.

How do I set up my Teladoc account?
  1. Log in at
  2. Enter your name and date of birth.
  3. Click “No” when asked if you have a username.
  4. Select “I have a Teladoc Promo or Company Code.”
  5. Enter the Company Code “IHC.”
  6. Complete your Medical History Disclosure

What is the process to use Teladoc for the first time?

  3. Provide medical history. Your medical history provides Teladoc doctors with the information they need to make an accurate diagnosis.
